Bart Blackrose has founded thirty (30) software companies. He has finished zero (0). This is, by his own account, "a really solid hit rate when you think about it."

Every Blackrosoft product begins the same way: Bart sees an app that millions of people love, thinks "I could do that, but a little bit off," and registers a domain name before going to bed. By morning he has lost interest, which is why everything here is Under Construction and always will be.

Bart's design philosophy is simple: ship something that is 95% familiar and 5% deeply wrong. The 5% is where the magic lives. It is also where the refunds live, but we do not offer those.

In 2021 Bart pivoted to Web3. He minted a DAO, issued a governance token (ticker: $BLKR), and posted a roadmap. The DAO has one member. Governance proposals pass unanimously. The token is currently valued at $0.000000003 and Bart considers this "pre-moon."
